To keep things running smoothly, I highly recommend booking at least a week in advance—three days at the absolute latest. Last-minute bookings leave less room for preparation and flexibility.

Deposits are required to lock in your appointment and allow for any necessary prep before your shoot. No deposit = no appointment. All deposits must be paid at least 3 days before your scheduled time—no exceptions.

There’s a 20-minute grace period for late arrivals. After that, your appointment is canceled, and the deposit is non-refundable. To avoid this, be on time and communicate any changes. If you're 10 or more minutes late to a studio shoot, there will be a $50 late fee.

The usual turnaround time for photos is either same-day or the very next day. This allows for any necessary changes to be made promptly before you need to use the photos.

Please note before booking*
It is recommended that you book at least three days in advance, as same-day bookings are subject to a 1.5x rate.. If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance or by 8 a.m. on the day of your appointment. Failure to do so will result in your booking being canceled without a refund. I will do my best to accommodate you with a new date or a different time that suits your needs and occasion.
Sports bookings must be paid in full before the event. Please note that I do not offer refunds if you do not perform or play as you had hoped.
If you’ve been referred by a member using their Bucks, please be sure to upload the referral photo in the photo box when booking.
